$259.99 Analysis/Audit Fee. This cover's your account Setup, and Program consultation. During this consultation, we will go over your business ideas and evaluate what business entities will be appropriate for your business. Then construct a list of how to meet these needs and implement your plan for the next couple of months. And also answer any questions you may have concerning this process. Your Monthly Service Fee is $99.99
Program DOES NOT Include:
Applying for LLC / Corporation: Fee's vary by state
Business licenses, permits, registrations, foreign entity, etc in the city or jurisdiction where you do business.
Corporate Kit and Seal / Certified Copy of State Filed documents.
Its Client's responsibility to file a LIST of Officers with requires States. There is a time table for doing this or LLC / Corp goes in default.
If NCR applies for Corp / LLC or any business licenses, permits, filingsforeign entity, kits, seal's etc fees will be billed to client account.
All Filing Fee's vary according to states
We will REFUND your payment in FULL if you cancel services in the first 3 days. After the 3 days we can not issue any refund. Once accounts have been applied for we can not issue a refund. Thereafter you may cancel Program anytime with a 30 days notice.
